Responsibilities as a Project Manager Assistant include the ability to:
- Support the project team, including task delegation and work schedule
- Maintain project documentation
- Initiate project creation that supports scope, schedule, and budget
- Assist with the preparation and proofing of project deliverables
- Support the project manager in the coordination of project team meetings
- Give project updates and run project calls for PM
- Send out project meeting notes to all stakeholders
- Prepare project management reports
- Build and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Ensure that the project team is properly trained to perform and document all aspects of the project
- Track and report project progress
- Understand the full project life cycle
Qualifications for this position must consist of:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and project management software, like Microsoft Excel
- and Microsoft Project
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
It would be great if you possess:
- Bachelor’s of Arts in Management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in project management or administrative assistance
