Project Manager

As a Project Manager, or PM, for Elcora Engineering Solutions, you are responsible for leading a team of engineers in completing projects by a set deadline to meet client needs and business initiatives. Your duties include dividing up the budget and allocating funds toward different project aspects. The PM should advocate for additional funding when necessary, select project team members, and set or adjust project schedules to adhere to deadlines.

Responsibilities as a Project Manager include the ability to:

  • Create long and short term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Communicate with Partners to keep the project aligned with their goals
  •  Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
  • Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
  •  Understand the full project life cycle

Qualifications for this position must consist of:

  • Successful negotiation techniques
  • This is not a fully remote position, as we need you to be able to meet the team in person and walk local job sites
  •  A valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

It would be great if you possess:

  • Bachelor’s of Arts in Management or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
