Responsibilities as a Project Manager include the ability to:
- Create long and short term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Communicate with Partners to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
- Understand the full project life cycle
Qualifications for this position must consist of:
- Attention to detail
- Facilitation of team building, collaboration, and organization
- Experience budgeting
- Risk Management
- Problem solving skills
- Successful negotiation techniques
- This is not a fully remote position, as we need you to be able to meet the team in person and walk local job sites
- A valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
It would be great if you possess:
- Bachelor’s of Arts in Management or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
