As a Project Manager Assistant, or PMA, for Elcora Engineering Solutions, you are responsible for supporting the Project Manager and a team of engineers in completing projects by a set deadline to meet client needs and business initiatives. Responsibilities as a Project Manager Assistant include the ability to:

  • Support the project team, including task delegation and work schedule
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Initiate project creation that supports scope, schedule, and budget
  • Assist with the preparation and proofing of project deliverables
  • Support the project manager in the coordination of project team meetings
  • Give project updates and run project calls for PM
  • Send out project meeting notes to all stakeholders
  • Prepare project management reports
  • Build and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Ensure that the project team is properly trained to perform and document all aspects of the project
  • Track and report project progress
  • Understand the full project life cycle

  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and project management software, like Microsoft Excel
  • and Microsoft Project
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

It would be great if you possess:

  • Bachelor’s of Arts in Management or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or administrative assistance
